Q:  How do I register for a class?
A:  There are five ways to register.

At the Office
Come to our office at 5011 - 49th Avenue in the Provincial Building.
We are open 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday – Thursday) and 8:15 AM – 1:15 PM (Friday)

Mail a registration form with payment to:

Q: How do I make payments for a class?
A: Accepted methods of payment are: Cash, Cheque, Interac, Money Order, MasterCard and Visa
Registration in confirmed when payment is received.

Q: Can I get a refund after registering for a class?
A: Refunds may be requested by contacting the office at least one week prior to a course starting.
There is a $10 administration fee on all voluntary cancellations. No refunds on 1-2 day/evening workshops or when one week notice is not given. Refunds will be considered for medical or health reasons, or other special circumstances. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal for the purpose of applying for a refund.

Q: What happens if a course I registered for is cancelled?
A: You may either transfer to another course or receive a full refund. Refund cheques are mailed out.

Q: Will I be sent a reminder for the course?
A: You will only be notified if the course you registered for is cancelled or if there is a change in date, time, or location.
It is your responsibility to keep track of the courses you have registered in. Remember: non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal for the purpose of applying for a refund.

Q: Can I make a course suggestion?
A: We encourage course suggestions!  We want to offer courses that you are interested in taking.  Phone (403) 223-1169 with any course suggestions you may have.

Q: Can I teach a course?
A: Absolutely.  If you have a talent that you would like to share, give us a call with your course idea. (403) 223-1169.
