You have 30 seconds to tell me about yourself - GO!  
...that is how much time employers take to look over your resume. What catches their attention in 30 seconds determines whether your resume goes into the No pile or the Yes pile. This section of the class will introduce you to the different styles of resumes and which ones are best to use in different situations. You will learn how to word your resume with “high-impact statements” that are sure to capture an employers attention. Punctuation, spelling and sentence structure are important areas that need to be completed accurately since experienced interviewers will catch little mistakes. A properly prepared resume indicates that you have taken the time to prepare it, tend to the details and not just “slap something together”. A resume is essentially a sales brochure on you and how well it is done reflects directly on you!
