- In Introduction to Windows you will learn
basics of how to use Microsoft Windows such as how to use the
mouse and graphic interface as well as organizing the information
on the computer. Use WordPad and Paint to create letters and pictures
and set control panel options.

Enjoy hands-on learning with Lethbridge's Lighthouse Sushi Chef Chris Kuriyama! This innovative program is designed to provide
all of the basic requirements for apprenticeship training. You will gain first hand experience with both
the food preparation and food design.
